whatails Posted September 26, 2008 Share Posted September 26, 2008 i decided not to go ahead and buy this one. i think envys great, but most of their stuffs expensive already and id say im fine with not owning a personal copy of them. ill listen to the leak and if its worthwhile, im sure there'll still be copies turning up everywhere. has there been any discussion about what this release's potential is looking like? i mean, is this release being advertised in stuff like Alternative Press or any of the other places like that? is the average non-collecting Thursday fan going to be buying this? i know a lot of people are probably turned off by the price of the package, but will a lot of them still be buying it? im curious about how it could affect things. The $20 package is steep, but it is worth it to the average Thursday collector IMO. There will be a cheaper, less sophisticated version of this release as well, so I don't think TRL selling out of copies will be an issue.
