Meanwhile, Bush is commuting the sentences of two border patrol agents who killed an unarmed immigrant and the conspiring to cover it up-- http://www.cnn.com/2009/POLITICS/01/19/bush.commute/index.html I think squabbling about whether the man should give a speech or not is moot compared to the hundreds of other things he's going to accomplish. I'm not necessarily against their sentences being commuted, though. :-/ You should correct your post. They didn't kill the guy. He was wounded.
