thomas
My receiver's fuses blew, so I ran up to Radio Shack but they did not have the size I need. I need a 6a 125v 5mmx20mm fuse. The ones they had were too big (30mm long). Anyone know any sites to pick some up? I know you can use ones with a higher voltage rating, but the amperage needs to be the same. I was also curious because the fuse I pulled out was 6a, but on the receiver itself has 6.3a written on it, but the 6a was the original fuse. Anyone know what this means? Thanks. thomas
I found some at Home Depot. First one blew as soon as I plugged it in, the 2nd didn't but the receiver still won't get power properly. There must be something else wrong with it.

thomas
Yeah, my dad said the same thing happened years ago when he first got it. He had it fixed then, but now it does not seem worth. I think I'll have to save money for a while and get a good one, until then I'll probably build a cheap headphone amp to listen to my records with.
