lokithelion
so I want to cancel my cable cause I dont really use it and there aren't any series i wanna watch right now. But I dont get any channels via the air on my hdtv. Is it worth getting a HD Receiver for my TV? I'd still like to watch Wheel and and Conan. kirbypuckett
I used to have an HD antenna for my TV that picked up all of the local channels. I got it for like $20 at Best Buy, it was well worth it! As soon as hockey season is over I'm canceling Comcast and plugging that guy back in!

benchwarmer
yea, I mean mostly we just watch crap to waste time, which is pretty terrible. the only actual shows we watch are on the main networks, so I guess we could just get one of those dtv converters? not sure what to do. CBS is 3. NBC is 6. etc. i even pick up some weird nbc sports that just shows like olympic trials or something. like biking and diving and other boring stuff...
