kirbypuckett
My g/f and I played Mario Kart for about 3 hours last night. Great game. Boom Blox Bash is another solid one I've been playing lately.
circlingvultures
I put some extra wii points on so I'm going to go through and pick a game or two tonight. I downloaded a poker game which isn't that great but I've been really enjoying playing cards lately so it helped. Played smash bros a lilttle bit too and that was pretty awesome. Just Another Tom
Just regurgitating What most people have said but here goes anyway, Mariokart. (The only game i have spent any real time on, i love it.) Bomberman (Download from the virtual arcade.) I love this to, it is pretty much Bomber man 2 from the SNES just with better graphics and a lot more power-ups. (I am slightly biased because i have only ever owned a SNES, i had a PS1 long enough to complete resident evil 1 and 2 and had a wii for about 7 months mainly for Mariokart. Bomberman 2 is in my top 5 games of all time.) Honourable mentions include: Resident Evil 4, Fun because i like zombies, bad because i suck at anything 3D. Safe to say i didn't finish it. Mortal Kombat: Armageddon Wasn't that great, but kept me entertained enough to finish it. If you are looking for party games then you cant go wrong with, Wii Sport Wii Play Wario Ware Sonic Olympics
kidamnesiac
I feel like there have been at least three threads asking this exact question... But just do this: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/773505 and you can rip and play any Wii game you want from an external drive. Thank me later. I won't get in to what Wii games are good, that's been pretty well covered earlier in this and the several other threads like it.
