sugarballs
From TT myspace bulletin: In recording news, the new Trap Them 12" EP has been finished and is being mastered very soon. It was done over five days in September at Godcity with our spiritual distortionist advisor, Kurt Ballou. It will be released by the mighty Southern Lord. We are truly excited to work these guys. A compact disc version is in the works. Details forthcoming, but for now, this will be just for all you vinyl enthusiasts. The EP is entitled "Filth Rations" and contains three brand new songs, a rerecording of an older song and one cover. Track listing is as follows: Day Thirty-Nine : Degenerate Binds Day Thirty-Eight : Carnage Incarnate Day Forty : Dead Fathers Wading in the Bodygrounds Day Seven : Digital Dogs With Analog Collars Let's Fucking Die (Impaled Nazarene) Heavy is an understatement. roadmonkey
I was recently wondering, What is up with the song titles starting with a Day number? I feel that I am missing the bigger picture of the band's message. Also why isnt' there any day numbers on the tracks on Seizures?
xfedaykinx
supposedly all of their songs revolve around the the story of people within some sort of fictional town called Barren Praise. or something like that. its all very ambiguous also, the tracks on seiures have day numbers, but theyre not in order. i think the lambgoat review had them on their track listing. i cant check now since its blocked at work, but you can check the archives. EDIT: i cant remember where i read that about Barren Praise being a fictional town, but here is the track listing with day numbers 01. Day Nineteen: Fucking Viva 02. Day Twenty Eight: Targets 03. Day Twenty Six: Angles Anonymous in Transit 04. Day Twenty Nine: Reincarnation of Lost Lones 05. Day Twenty Five: Guignol Serene 06. Day Twenty: Flesh and Below 07. Day Twenty Four: Gutterbomb Heaven on the Grid 08. Day Twenty Three: Invertopia / Day Thirty: Class Warmth 09. Day Twenty One: Roam / Day Twenty Two: Absent Civilians 10. Day Thirty One: Mission Convincers
