Question for ebay sellers

Okay, well it wasn't until recently that I started using ebay for selling. I previously just used it for buying items. Well I never actually went it to the my account section and I noticed that I own X amount of dollars in overall listing etc. fees. I thought that when you list an item it automatically goes to them through your paypal account but I didn't know you have to do it manually. Does anyone know if there is a time period on when you have to pay back the fees by?

It bills monthly, but the day varies based on when you listed your stuff, when it ended etc...They'll send you an invoice and if you do nothing, it'll bill the credit card you have on file and you're done. Usually, when I get the invoice, I do a one-time payment. That option let's you transfer the money directly from PayPal account. Don't worry, you won't get double-billed.
