listentovinyl
completely normal, just minor scuffing from the sleeve
jimmythescumbag
Could be caused be finger oils...possibly...as long as the record plays with no issues, don't worry about it. If it still bothers you, a good cleaning may do the trick.

Fartcat
I know when I first started collecting records I would get my fingers all over them which would leave little smudges, but they come right off when you clean them so don't worry. sharkticon
My mom cleaned all of my grandmother's records with Pledge Furniture Polish when she was little. Try that.
depletedresource
i use comet but it can be a little gritty so be sure to dilute it with 2 parts water for every 1 part comet you use in making your mix
themean
Those ideas above are good, but might damage your records. Try battery acid.
One Hundred Fifty-Two
Those ideas above are good, but might damage your records.Try battery acid. Make sure to only apply it with steel wool though. That's the only way to get in the grooves. And we all know from our dentist that's where bacteria grows.
