controlthebleeding
I've been contracted to help with a powerpoint presentation (if i want it). Problem is i've never done one. I've told them that i have yet to make a powerpoint presentation and they are willing to work with me and are patient in my learning experience. Anyway, i was wondering if i can and how i can transfer a .ai file to powerpoint. or if i need to make a gif and do it that way. i've tried transferring it over, and it just gives me a solid white background as well. any help would be awesome. smailtronic
just export it to a raster graphic format, and insert it into the powerpoint.
controlthebleeding
that's what i figured, but i figured maybe there was a easier way. i guess powerpoint doesn't work with vector files. i wonder if this is gonna kill me or what their expectations are. i figure i can make something nice, it's just a matter of learning the program. ugh. i would normally say no, but i need the money. melikecheese
Step #2 in that above link is probably why you had a blank white image upon importation.
kgry
You can import EPS files into Powerpoint. File size will be larger then if you just made a transparent PNG though.
