dcstrange87
Pretty excited. I'm surprised they are coming to a city like Evansville. We hardly get any decent bands outside of the pop country or aging "rock" bands genre. Though Brokencyde is coming in May...which should be a great time. Has anyone seen Bane on their tour so far? What kind of merch did they have available?
xjustinxschwierx
not recently, but they're almost always amazing live.
opivy
not recently, but they're almost always amazing live. The last two times I saw them were Edge day and last summer with the suicide file at ICC, both were great. They always have a few shirts and the BA I NE hooded sweatshirt. If you don't have any clothing of theirs you'll definitely find something to pick up.
pastepunk
I don't think Bane does bad sets, ever. It's just seems impossible at this point. Would be kind of interesting experiment to put them in a room with a crowd where no one has heard them before....
dcstrange87
You guys were right. They put on an amazing show, so much energy. Pretty much everyone there realized that we might not get to see Bane in our hometown for a long time so we might as well make it worth it. No vinyl ,which I was disappointed about but I did buy the standard Bane shirt. All in all it was one of my favorite shows I have been to. I thought that too, but they played chicago like a year and a half ago and we thought they were going to break up on stage, aaron just sat on the stage between songs, no one talked, it was REALLY uncomfortable. Maybe someone was just really gassy in the van... I can relate though, I went to a few shows ages ago where the bands were clearing having issues. I saw Indecision a couple of shows before they called it quits while stranded out in the Arizona dessert and it didn't surprise me at all. They were at each others throats after the set, yelling at each other about loading out, etc. During the set, they barely made any kind of eye contact at all. Toxic environment.
