deadendkids
i got mine in the mail today. the box was smashed up badly, and then to make matters worse when i open it up theres NO packaging to protect the records, not even a piece of bubble wrap. all there is, is a folded up piece of paper sitting on top of the records. what the fuck is that supposed to do. all the record covers are bent up and warped looking and i'm pissed. and of course interpunk has to be one of those companies that decide not to put their phone number in the customer service section. thanks again interpunk and usps. themullet89
I've never had a problem with shipping from Interpunk. That's odd.
hookups96
Chill down buddy. I just got a less than jake record that was warped and i logged in looked up my order and was able to file something easily. About a day later they got back to me and said no problem just send a photo and i wouldn't have to mail it back. Super easy to me.

Weird - I had the exact same issue and emailed them and they said I did have to mail it back.

About a day later they got back to me and said no problem just send a photo and i wouldn't have to mail it back. Super easy to me. i'm not freaking out about it, i'm just aggravated. and I'm not putting the blame on interpunk solely, i'm more so blaming the USPS for not caring how they handle packages. I'm sure interpunk will accommodate me because the isn't the first time i've gotten stuff from them in this condition. but its just frustrating that a company that ships records doesn't package them correctly and i also find it very frustrating when i have to email people instead of being able to call a customer service number. its not like i went off on a tyrade saying "fuck interpunk they're a bunch of fucking assholes". i just vented what i was pissed about and honestly i think i've got the right to because had this been packaged correctly it probably could've survived how badly the box was damaged and on the opposite end of that had the box not been so carelessly handled the records not having packaging wouldn't have mattered. and it wasn't shipped in a record mailer, just a square box that was too big for the 7"s
