I know...I know. The funny thing is I am not looking to flip this for a ton of cash. I asked for offers, which meant cash and/or trade offers. That's cool, but if I can get more than I paid for it, why not? Seriously though, I would prefer to avoid taking a loss on it, but that doesn't necessarily mean I want top dollar for it.
