jayeffscene
When I'm going to bed, I like to be listening to music. But sometimes it takes me as few as 5 minutes or so to fall asleep and then the rest of the album plays as I'm not listening (only Inception Jake is listening.) I wish there was a tool on iTunes like a TV sleep timer that counted down before hitting 'stop' by itself, so as to not skew my Last.fm/ iTunes playcounts (both of which I'm kind of a dick about. Or at least not skew them quite so much. Plus you could find out how long it takes you to fall asleep at night! That could be interesting. fin. dialoguefromamovie
i do this, too. and would LOVE something like this. although, i tend to just listen to albums all the way through when i listen to music, anyway... so i just accept the fact that even though i fell asleep, i would have finished listening to the album. markalark17
Don't they have a sleep feature on iPods? This won't be helpful if you don't have one, but I just thought I'd throw it out there.
jonnywreck
You ever put a song on a sleep mix that you initially think to be appropriate, only to wake up and have it seemingly blare at you? Shit happens to me all the time.
rtw88
One time I fell asleep listening to Dark Side of the Moon and woke up to the into of Time, which was pretty unpleasant. Also, why do people care about they last.fm play counts that much?
patron
I used to have an iPod dock/radio combo that had a sleep option. It would gradually become quieter until it would just turn off.
