x43x
I've been using this one for the last 4 or 5 years with pretty good results: http://www.artproaudio.com/products.asp?type=90&cat=13&id=
oakland
I've always liked the iMic / Final Vinyl combo. Although I've never understood why you have to save and export every track you create.
melikecheese
I don't really know what a "usb audio interface" is, but if your looking for a program to record your records, regardless of what interface you are using to connect to a computer, you should use Audacity Great program, and ITS FREE! http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ You know you can just get a RCA to mini jack (what headphones plug into) and use your computers standard mic in jack to record. You do not need to use USB or buy a fancy box to do it.
AlexH.
You can use your line-in to rip, but it's going to sound like shit. Unless you own a really nice soundcard, in which case you are probably the kind of person who can figure out a better way to rip vinyl than through a 1/8" jack. The one x43x posted looks good. I've also heard good things about the Pro-ject USB preamp: http://www.needledoctor.com/Pro-Ject-Phono-Box-USB-Phono-Preamp?sc=2&category=35467
