randysxe Posted February 28, 2008 Share Posted February 28, 2008 http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/23283402 pretty funny story about customer service and customers going nuts...i used to work at home depot and some dude tried returning an electric drill....well after 90 days home depot doesnt accept returns or exchanges on power tools so i told him he had to go to a repair shop(thats what we were told to say)...story short, he flipped out, walked right out the door....he then got in his car and in the middle of the parking lot continued to run over the drill with his car until it was in a million pieces...i serisouly could not stop laughing...it was classic Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
