They had a listing for a rare Lush single I've been searching for so I went ahead and purchased it. A bit over a month went by and I didn't get a shipping confirmation so I asked them if they send confirmation or just ship the item. Turns out they didn't have it and neglected to inform me. They gave me my money back but it was annoying to have it tied up for over a month without knowing what was up. This was quite some time ago so maybe they're a lot better about their stock these days. Not trying to soil their name, just sharing my experience with them.
