Hey Bread

Me mum taught me if you bake cookies and dont plan on pigging out on them right away put the heels (or slices) on the bottom of the container and they stay soft. Even if you over baked they will become soft over a day or so. Like magic

You also do this with brown sugar after you open the bag. The bread absorbs the moisture and you'll get some rock hard pieces of bread after a while.
