I also sent an email to Nick from DH! and he was really cool about it, but obviously it's not a problem that concerns him (other than it's his band). At least I'm not the only one. Also got the notification on the 13th, and got a notification for the Glocca Morra 10" on the 20th. Nothing has shown up yet. Never had any issues with KOL before, so was bummed that my 45 day paypal window was almost up, filed claims on both. :(EDIT looks like they are operating out of NYC, the shipping notifications probably generated automatically when labels were made. Probably still backed up due to the hurricane damage, I left a note on my claims that as long as the records were coming eventually I didn't need a refund. I ordered 9/26, got shipping confirmation on 10/21, and still no record and no response from attempted contacts. Their site indicates it's under construction, and they were active on Facebook until 11/6 and Twitter until 11/14. Think they're done? Nick from the band emailed me in response and I mentioned this thread to him because it seemed there are several people who are still waiting, so maybe we'll see something happen. If I somehow wind up getting the orders still I'll send the money as a gift. This experience definitely did suck though, likely wont order again either.
