Guest rotatethissonicboo
oops. mispelled album name. Can a mod fix that? it's "Chocomel", not Chocomo.
mameeshkamowskwoz
I figured I'd snag one. Merge is in Chapel Hill about an hour from me, so this should arrive in a day after it's shipped... which is nice!
Guest
God damnit, I wish Dinosaur Jr would go climb back in a hole and die. I will buy this purely because it is an old show, but fuck this reunion bullshit.
Guest
Oh, and their artwork sucks ass now. They butchered the YLAOM cover...
Guest rotatethissonicboo
How is this reunion bullshit? Theyre one of the best bands out there. Their new albums are better than 99% of the shit coming out these days. Get a clue. youspinmeround
Guest
They reunited for money. That is bullshit. They have no desire to be playing with eachother. I saw them a few weeks ago and it was one of the most stale performances I have seen. I left halfway through. I used to be in love with Dinosaur until their last couple albums. Complete garbage in my opinion. Don't get your panties in a bunch if you don't agree. Get a clue.
Guest rotatethissonicboo
I don't disagree that they're doing it for the money. J and Lou obviously hate eachother. However, the new albums are solid. J can still write. Farm is definately a classic.
Guest
Farm isn't a terrible album, it just isn't what I like about Dinosaur Jr. It really just sounds like old man classic rock to me but whatever. I still have respect for J, Lou and Murph. Dinosaur Jr were a pivotal band for me, I bought this album so I shouldn't be one to complain. Guest
Different show but around the same time. I love the sludgy Severed Lips. http://captainsdead.com/dinosaur-jr-live-in-the-netherlands-10-23-87.html
youspinmeround
beyond may be one of the best "reunion" records ever
