thebiglebowski
I usually say the same thing to everyone about interviews -- be ready for a "behavioral based" interview. They might not ask you what you've done and where you see yourself in the company. They might say "describe a time in your life when you faced adversity and overcame it". There is a certain way to answer those questions they are looking for. If you think it's a possibility, google it pretty quick and try and have a few answers sorta figured out for the most common questions. Preparing and then not getting those questions >> Not preparing and struggling to answer them when put on the spot.

3arl
Also in those behavioral questions, don't be afraid to talk about times where you were wrong or messed up. If you can talk about that and show that you learned from it and grew because of that experience, they'll really take notice.
