I emailed them about it almost two months ago and never heard back from them. I kept putting off sending another email because they were busy with mini-tours and other releases. I wasn't sure if my email fell through the cracks or they were just really busy. Only other problem I ever had with CYLS was my Snowing preorder never showed up and I emailed to ask if they'd ever shipped. I got a fast reply of "Yeah, they went out months ago.
