iandt
Hello all, I'm looking for help finding a couple of "rare" albums, I guess you could call them: Hot Fuss, the Killers; and Konk or Inside In/Inside Out, the Kooks. Both are fairly recent releases, and although I know they were limited releases I really don't understand why most places such as eBay offer them at such inflated prices ($100-200 or more!); however, I'm trying to find a copy nonetheless. If anyone has one they would like to sell, or if anyone can point me to a place where one can be found, any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance! -Ian
mitchard
Places such as ebay offer then at such inflated prices because some people are willing to pay said prices. Just checking the recently completed auctions, half a dozen copies of Hot Fuss sold for $50 or so in the last month or two. The Kooks record also sold for under $100. Just be patient and you'll score one eventually.
