dethrock
Someone locally is selling this integrated amp along with a NAD USB DAC 1. The price seems decent at $450. Let me know what you think about this amp!
slinch
Don't know what a NAD 600 is, but the C326BEE retailed for $500 and sells for around $300 or less. So if the $450 is for the amp and DAC together, it's an okay price. Otherwise not so much.
dethrock
I'm not sure where the 600 came from either it was in the ad and I just copied and pasted. But yeah it's the C326BEE. I guess the thing is living in a smaller city in Canada it's a bit harder to find decent used stuff. If this is a decent integrated I'm thinking about buying it. slinch
Still, there are so many better deals to be had. I don't know how much shipping would be or if it's even viable, but check out these: http://www.canuckaudiomart.com/details/649087876-musical_fidelity_a1_class_a_integrated_amp/ http://www.canuckaudiomart.com/details/649087069-very_good_nad_c372/ http://www.canuckaudiomart.com/details/649082168-cambridge_audio_azur_640_a_v20_black/ http://www.canuckaudiomart.com/details/649081300-nad_c352_integrated_amplifier/ http://www.canuckaudiomart.com/details/649087067-cambridge_540a_v20_and_cambridge_551p/ All of them cheaper and better. The Musical Fidelity A1 is one of the best sounding amps under $1k. Seriously. It's old though, so something newer might be a safer bet. My choice would be the Cambridge Audio 640 or the Nad C372. dethrock

slinch
You're welcome And don't get me wrong, the 326BEE is a great little amp, but you can get much better for less, so it's definitely worth weighing all the options.

Agreed this is a stunning sounding amp for the money but they do run hot so it wants to have been looked after You're welcome And don't get me wrong, the 326BEE is a great little amp, but you can get much better for less, so it's definitely worth weighing all the options. If you can get nothing else then as Slinch says there is nothing wrong with it but there is better out there for the money, I get that if you have to have something shipped an amp that is local and you can hear before handing over the cash is always a bit safer.
