I could be wrong (and often am), but took it as the first 50 ordered were going to be signed. This is from the description of the silkscreened version: The first 50 copies sold through crvwrecords.com will receive an autographed copy signed by the entire band. If you look at the products page, only the regular version has the (autographed by the band) tag. And it appears that there are still some available. Mind boggling that they haven't sold 50 of 'em yet. Edit: This is from an email I got from Todd: 450 normal (first 50 signed by band 50 white Interpunk vinyl 50 clear with yellow and black swilrls All have downloads except the silk screened..
