pjaicomo
No way. I came down from Gainesville to see my parents. So I am not going to be driving back to Tampa for the day. I won't be going through Tampa until tomorrow night, so who knows if they will be open.
rtw88
There's a shop in ft. myers, but they only sell old records. I think it was called Rainbow Records. I haven't been there in 2 years, so it might not even be open still. Might be worth checking out if you're into classic rock. They may have expanded since then too. Who knows. It looks like their site is still active.
fordocumentationon
No record stores here or Ft. Myers. Sorry dude! Edit: I think Rainbow is in fact still open, but I haven't been there for years.

rtw88
You dudes should let me know when you come down here. Do you ever do any shows down there? I'm from Punta Gorda so I end up in SWFL every once in awhile and I'm always looking for stuff to do.

There's one Friday that I didn't book, but it's at a new promising venue. I'll be booking some more shows within the next month or so. AlexH.
Check the record store map! and add stores that aren't on it! To find a store, type a major city into the search box, and zoom out a little, and you'll see blue pushpins. Those are the stores, and you can click them to get directions and information. Alright. Let's try this:I made a map in Google Maps. All I added were a few record stores in MN, but anyone with a Google account (Gmail, Google Docs, etc.) can edit it. Here's how to add a place: 1. Click this link: http://maps.google.com/maps/ms?ie=UTF8&hl=en&msa=0&msid=117975672099724473244.0004620892f683ef59b02&z=8 2. Go to your area of the country. 3. Type in the name of the store in the search box. 4. Click the little salmon colored pin thing. 5. Click "add to My Maps" and choose record store finder. 6. Add the hours and other info in the text box if you can. 7. Click save or whatever. It sounds like a lot of work, but it's really not. I added 8 stores in like 10 minutes including looking up hours.
