I used to have the same problem. Now I have a livejournal where all i do is write about the shows I go to. I list the bands and write about what I thought of them. It's nice to be able to go back to last winter and remember certain shows.

? d' you know a pressing info of this ? and are they disband now ? Band broke up a few weeks back, if thats what you're asking.

I think for most, it's because straightedge has its roots in hardcore while Christianity is something that punk rock has always been "against." Personally, I roll my eyes when anyone starts preaching things. I'm just there to mosh and stagedive. But, going to a hardcore show and hearing a band talk about the edge is somewhat expected. Hearing bands talk about Jesus always weirds me out.

I don't think its silly. In high school, a good percentage of the kids drink and smoke before they are legally able to. I think in that case, it is pretty easy to call yourself straight edge. I made the choice when I was 16 to not drink or smoke because my friends acted like idiots. It certainly means a lot more in some ways once you're 21 and most of your peers drink on a regular basis. That doesn't necessarily make it silly for people to make that choice at a younger age.

I'm interested in that Fairweather record. Also want that Hop Con LP if they other guy flakes.

I only got fat and 50% off when I worked at McDonalds. Well, if you pay for the food sure. This kid I went to high school with was giving half the school free food out the drive through the two years I was there.

At least at McDonalds you can get free food.

Apparently only in Europe. I found one place that has it, but it has a minimum order requirement of 30 Euros, so I was hoping someone in the states would be able to sell it for less or trade for me before I had to pay that much. All the help is appreciated, also. Thanks.

Im not at home to give you exact counts but i would say 35-45 LPs but i never really counted so its a total guess. I just counted one square and I had 80 in there.

Band is playing DC soon. Will be there.
