irecords that i like for example i bought a comeback kid turn it around on white that i paid $50 for and dude shippied it in a padded envellope and the cover was all fucked up when i got it. $50 isnt alot but you would think it would warrant a box. same thing happened with a first step record release version

im not saying you are wrong bands definitely get the short end of the stick but once someone else has the rights to your songs what are you going to do

well thats an age old problem, but its not like mainstream where shitty bands are getting rich off shitty music. if bands are looking to make money hardcore and punk usually isnt the avenue to travel with some exceptions

it sucks isnt the point of having a label to make money? if you are broke you cant sign bands or release new stuff and if set your goals makes them money so they can stay in business and hopefully put out more good music then more power to them i say.
