  1. Yeah. it'll be nice to meet up with you and whoever else from the board in attendance and to catch up with Ryan since I haven't seen him in quite awhile.
  2. Why is Andre 3000 riding the subway? (For some reason, the fact that he is crocheting doesn't seem strange to me.) I immediately thought of Andre 3000 as well when I saw this.
  3. I might be able to make that March show since it is on a Sunday. Now if I don't forget which Sunday.
  4. This is/was mine, but Flicker's post is threatening to take over because I cannot stop laughing at it.
  5. Oh yeah and not only is it Superbowl Sunday, but it is also Welfare Weekend, a hellish monthly holiday in itself.
  6. Backed hard! Except Sunday is my only day off so this doesn't pertain to me tonight, but delivery driver/restaurant issues are close to my heart. Now if only people would tip well and be polite every day.
  7. Got mine in today. Didn't get to listen to it yet because I was on my way to work when I got it, but I am very excited to have this in my collection.
  8. Been vegetarian for almost 7 years. I gave up milk as well, but haven't been able to go vegan yet. I do try to buy items that are vegan when I can, but still just vegetarian. Sorry to get off-topic (by going back to the topic).
  9. I love Justin Townes Earle. Wish I could be here to get in on the pre-order, but I will be working a double tomorrow. Still really excited anyway. Plus I do enjoy Austin Lucas.
  10. Didn't the Pirates just sign these guys? As a Pirates fan I only have 2 things to say about this, ouch and +1.
  11. Just checked these guys out and I like it. I would buy their stuff.
  12. I love it. I have a couple of the DVD box sets, but not nearly enough.
  13. I went with Sundown to Midnight. I remember liking it quite a bit.
  14. I haven't really followed it or anything, but is there anyone who can do the 120 pounder? I certainly can't imagine it. I would definitely try to make the trip just to watch someone eat/try to eat a 3-5 lb. burger. I figure it would be a challenge.
  15. Damn that is a lot of Arby's. If you go take on the big burger you will have to let me know and I will try to come and cheer you on.
  16. surprised you didn't mention Denny's Beer Barrel Pub in Clearfield. home of huge ass burgers. also, QUAKER STEAK AND FUCKING LUBE. best place to eat on the planet. go to the original, 3 by the river location in Sharon PA. only place to get wings. I didn't know the place of the home of the huge ass burgers. We were talking about it recently at work, but nobody knew the name. You planning on taking the challenge?
  17. Great album, but I still like Amerikkka's Most Wanted more. My favorite gansta rap album of the 90s goes to Bigge - Ready To Die. Granted, that was mid- to late-90s, but 90s nonetheless. Just got done listening to Biggie- Ready to Die about an hour ago and it contained lots of references to '94 so really it was early to mid 90s.
  18. also, i remember when i took German in high school and the teacher showed us this 80's video of "typical german high school students" and they asked this one dude in a mullet and he said *in heavily accented english* I LOVE DA SCORPIONS! SCORPIIIIIIIONS! THEY WILL NEVA DIE! good stuff. I have officially declared The Scorpions the band everyone loves before. My dad has a Scorpions cassette, my brother has several of their cassettes and cds, and I also like them. Who doesn't like them seriously?
  19. they're playing def leppard on my classic rock station. and the scorpions. Well we have a classic rock station in the area that plays that stuff, but we listen to the oldies station at work which is mostly like Beatles and Aretha and all that. I wish they would play the Scorpions, even though it would make me feel old I would be rocking out.
  20. We listen to the oldies station at work most of the time and they recently started playing 80s music, not much yet, but stuff from The Cars from '81 (the year I was born) so I have declared I am officially an oldie. Not sure how I feel about that.
  21. Well nobody here will ever end up in Kane PA, but Roma Gardens. Of course I am obligated to advertise.
  22. I haven't seen it, didn't plan on it, but I am not a big Will Ferrell fan so there's that. Also recently watched Walk Hard on TV that was a bad movie as some have said.
  23. No offense or anything, but when I saw the thread title I thought it would have been started by you.
