For those of you who are a fan, but don't want to fork over $70+ for the original, there is a repressing up for pre-order on fat beats. If you have never heard this album, I think it's definitely worth a listen. Really awesome record. CF is nailing it. They are slowly raising prices and dropping albums in limited quantities wth multiple variants and then hitting people again for round 2 or 3 several months later. I no longer sweat getting something the moment it drops...stoked for this release though!

Thanks for the heads up on this. I didn't follow the release that closely outside of the main pressing. Good to know that before I spent some extra $$.

I got my tix for Asheville. If it's anything like King Gizz (and I fully expect it will be), I'll walk out a drenched fool. I saw them at Phuzz Phest and the crowd didn't seem very big, but Grey Eagle should be much better. Should be a cool ass poster to take home too...Segal and Gizz posters didn't disappoint.

It's funny cause I used to say Thee Oh Sees were untouchable. I think King Gizz takes the cake after the last show I saw and Nonagon. In the end, can't go wrong with either! Both ridiculously awesome!

I snagged this one at my show in Asheville along with a slick screen that was really awesome as someone mentioned above. They had 3-4 Nonagon shirts available (black, white, and maybe another black?). Don't quite remember. This album is at the top of my list right now and the Murlocs' "Young Blindness" isn't far behind! If these guys are nearby, it's a must see show.

Its been a while since I filed a case. Can you provide pictures when you do it? Like, could you send a pic of the tracking number and the item in the box to show what was sent and then a pic of the dialogue between you too? I just wonder how PayPal "sorts this out". The biggest thing you have going is multiple people having the same issue at the same time obviously. But, if this happened by a good standing PayPal seller on a high dollar item, I wonder how they would handle it. Seems like a very clever attempt...
