New information for Mondo's next release. Looks like there is a link to pre-order Maniac via Amazon for $30.60. Release date looks like July 23rd. 

 

Mondo has announced their next vinyl pressing, as they’ll be releasing the soundtrack for Maniac, the upcoming horror remake starring Elijah Wood. As with most of their releases, the majority of the copies will be on black vinyl, while randomly inserted colored copies (white this time) will be in orders across all retailers. Jeff Proctor has contributed cover art, while some old-school layout work from Rob Jones will be on the back. You can see both images below, courtesy of Ain't It Cool News. 

We’ll let you know additional details as soon as they’re announced. You can also stream the soundtrack via Spotify, as it’s below the images. And finally, Mondo will handle the release in the U.S., but Death Waltz will handle it in the UK and Europe.

 

Update 6/5/13: The pressing is now up for pre-order at Amazon. You still have a shot to get the colored vinyl when ordering Mondo products through Amazon. These retail copies are set to be released on July 23rd.

Welp...I was wrong...GOLD went first. 1500 copies. 

shift F5 is browser specific, and won't always ignore the local cache.  CTRL+F5 will.  I usually use an autorefresh website to do it for me though.

Are you guys holding down the shift key when refreshing?  It clears the cache and loads from scratch. It helps.

 

Never heard of this before? Anybody else think this helps out? Guess it wouldn't hurt to give it try when trying to get something else super limited.

I'm sure somethingvinyl would agree that Frenchmen Street is a must if you go. I've been numerous times and if you're looking for good music...you can't go wrong.

It does seem large, but Chino is a beast. I'm wishing we had first day numbers on records sold.

Any predictions on how long colored vinyl will last? I'd put my money on Clear going first.

1000 white

1000 clear

1500 red

1500 gold

The rest black.

Just got news "For those who missed out, the regular versions of DRIVE, and OBLIVION are in stores today. Check with your local record store for more info." 

 

Any idea if these will have the randomly inserted pink variant or just the standard black?

What's the point?  If Drive took 25 minutes to sellout, there's plenty of time for people to load up via different transactions...

I know. I actually laughed when I read that. If people want 100 they'll get 100. Makes no sense. They just need to make it 1 or 2 per transaction total.
