  1. The Yeezus bootleg (after they repressed it with Bound 2 on it) they did was pretty well-received around here
  2. God, I remember when these first went up last year and sold out in like, five hours? Great, great pressing though.
  3. This sounds so much better than the OG pressing, the difference is like night and day.
  4. Sorry to bump this without any new info or anything, but are these like, delayed or something? Usually when Rise presses vinyl and such they'll post pictures and keep everyone updated and I have seen literally no updates on this ever since we all preordered them almost two months ago, and they're scheduled to ship today...
  5. Has anything been said about the supposed timeframe for the heavily-hinted at My Chemical Romance represses? I heard a rumor of "at the latest, early January", for Three Cheers, but that cannot possibly be true.
  6. Hello, I'm looking to trade for some My Chemical Romance stuff. I know that some of the LP's (namely The Black Parade) are probably gonna be unobtainable, but I'm looking for pretty much anything I don't have, whether it be singles, LPs, what have you. The main priority thing I'm lookin' for though is I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love, any pressing. I ship as soon as possible and I've done several trades through merch swap groups on FB and through Dead Format and all of them have gone perfectly, and I do know how to actually pack records to ship. Look at my tradelist and see if you want anything that I can trade you for MCR records http://deadformat.net/tradelist/bennyxmorawa
  7. I'm thinkin' about it, and honestly, I think I'll be fine. Pretty. Odd. has been up for a few weeks and is still available on the site, and Vices and Virtues isn't nearly as popular as Pretty Odd so I'll hopefully be cool for a few days
  8. How long do you think it'll be before these sell out when they go up? I don't get paid until Thursday :/
  9. Got my OG press copy of Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge by My Chemical Romance in today, and it... doesn't sound as bad as everyone made it out to be. I'm pleasantly surprised
  10. Hell yeah! If you missed out on the clear, you're in luck!
  11. Was that pressing even limited to some small number? I've been trying to find one but I haven't been able to, but I always see people putting them up. An MCR tri-color series would be sweet, like the Blink splatter series that's going on right now
  12. Three Cheers has been my favorite album for seven years, and it'll rule to own an OG pressing and an actually good sounding pressing haha.
  13. I don't know if it's been mentioned yet, but the band is selling an /300 clear variant on this tour
  14. Ordered. Was gonna just get four of the individuals when it was thought that the price on this was gonna be 120, but for 50 plus shipping I couldn't resist.
  15. So excited for this. Also gonna echo everyone else in this thread about some MCR represses, those would be tightttttttt
  16. So glad we'll be able to get the albums individually. Don't really dig WISIRO or DBM2
  17. Just bought a copy of the first HT press of this from a buddy, but will definitely be picking this up as well. Now I'm just waiting for MCR's Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge haha
  18. Did Rise buy the rights to just repress/re-release this, or do you think they got the rights to eventually press The Mother, The Mechanic, and The Path too? I've been dyin' to get that album on wax.
  19. I got my red LP in the mail today from MerchNow, and my copy sounds just fine so far, it's just a little quiet.
  20. This. I would love another pressing of both Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge and I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love.
  21. Mine was as well, but it's not making any noticeable difference in the sound quality so it's not too big of a deal.
  22. So yeah, because of cost reasons and such and because the reviews looked really good, I ordered an Audio Technica AT-LP60, and it's been working absolutely great up until a few days ago.. I got a new 7" about four days ago (Fuck Your Emotional Bullshit by Snowing), and I had the speed setting on 45 and the other setting on 7". Now, when it started playing it sounded really high pitched, so while still play I quickly switched it to 33 but it still sounded a little high pitched, but a lot more closer to how the songs originally sound. Ever since then though, the speed of the turntable keeps varying on all of my records, 7" or otherwise... Like, it'll start off normal, then slow down, then come back up, and so on and so forth. I've looked everywhere else, and I've tried most everything short of purchasing a new belt. Is there anything that I could possibly do? Or do I have to send the turntable back and/or get a new belt for it? Any help would be appreciated.
