  1. Yes, and no. Same cover and printing, but this one is not die cut like the July version.
  2. Also - I've had some people writing me here asking to set aside the show vinyl for them...as much as it pains me to turn away any sales, we do want to keep those for kids who make it to the gigs. I hate to disappoint anyone, but I do want to stick with that plan for now.
  3. @abovetheearth - yep. something like that. idea is a small amount available in each city to those who come out. @james - cool man. BEERS WILL BE HAD.
  4. james - pomona show is being moved to huntington beach now. more confusing and misinformation to follow.
  5. there's pictures up on facebook and instagrab of the white vinyl and the new cover. https://www.facebook.com/glaciersband

  7. half way through listening to the stream of this. nice to hear these guys come back to life. thus far: the equivalent of rubbing tapatio on your scro. pretty rad how the drummer fucking owns it this time around. "deny the absolute" is his song. rad. will def pick up, regardless of the color or pressing.

  9. @lexicondevil - man, True Widow is one of my favorites. Give their records a chance - especially "AS high AS the Highest Heavens..." thats the fucking jam. Unless you have heard the albums, I can see how it would be hard to be into them live though. I bought that poster too but our house cleaners mangled it!
  10. Tago Mago is the greatest rock record of all time, in my opinion. Nothing comes close. Their entire catalog is great, some hit and some miss, but insane band all around. I'm sure the entry price is tough, but I'd def recommend TM for anyone wanting to get into the band.
  11. Our cassettes finally showed up from Like Young. They are now available for purchase. http://glaciers.bigcartel.com/product/glaciers-mirrored-through-the-ancients-cassette We have 25 of each color available for purchasing then they are gone.
  12. thanks for the info on the speakers. i'm going to bid on a pair. you pretty happy with yours? I can tell by your equipment you don't fuck around. nice to see someone who has made an investment in good sound. for those of you interested in a good receiver - that marantz is the gold standard, almost impossible to find a deal on nowadays, but worth the money.
  13. i can post pics of mine but im internet retarded. is there an easy way of posting pics here?
  14. Live White is the 5" and 3" CD right? The Australian thing, right?
  15. Black One is killer. I have this on grey vinyl, as well as the picture disc version of it. White 1 and White 2 are great too, but different. I think White 2 is my favorite of these. I still have that White Box Set they put out a while back - anyone else have that? If you haven't heard Monoliths - it is great, especially the track "Alice".
  16. I remember buying Rid of Me when it came out. Like 20 years ago or something. (sidenote: Fuck, I'm old). I think it was the day I left home. I just remember driving endless hours across the country listening to it on cassette. Killer album. I think I like 4 track demos a tad better now, just because it's so raw. I don't think she has reached anything as good as "To Bring.." with her most recent albums, although I did like some songs on "Stories By...". Looking forward to grabbing this when it's finally reissued.
  17. I have all of the original bb vinyl pressings. If anyone needs them let me know.
  18. I still haven't seen one of the tapes - looking forward to it. We just got them in, and will put them up in the shop shortly. For the test press - it's a dude, and he lives in the midwest. anyone have a favorite track on the album?
  19. Cool - good to know. It's obviously important to us that everyone is 100% satisfied with what they payed for. We used Furnace for the pressing and I had only heard positive things about them from friends.
  20. I wanted to clarify something - we haven't received any emails or notes on facebook or wherever about people getting warped records, so not sure where someone is hearing about that. Dorf - if you send us a email we can replace the repress, but as you have guessed, we dont have any additional copies of red laying around. We do have extra unnumbered covers if you need one of those. I know Dennis spent an enormous amount of time and care into making sure the packaging was as good as it could be.
