You'd lose the original coupon code you used, but would get a new one if the next order you placed doesn't ship.  That's what happened to me around the beginning of the year anyway.

My pretty. odd. got cancelled today, but when I went to check on it, I realized my Folie on that order is shipping too, so now I have 2 copies haha oops. I was thinking about using my coupon code to buy something I didn't think would show up, does that work? Would I get my original coupon code back and a new one, thus getting $20? Or do you lose the first coupon and essentially end up back where you started? Has anyone tried this yet?

Scenario 1:

Legit seller got his account phished by people familiar with punk. They get all the money in his paypal and immediately send it out as gifts. Do this a few times, send it to a bank account, convert as cash. In the end, either the original seller or ebay/paypal is going to be stuck with the bill to pay back the buyers.

 

Scenario 2:

If you're dumb enough to thinking fake pics would sell these items, you're dumb enough to believe that you'll make money.

But he has a feedback score of 767, so he obviously hasn't been closing the account, right? How did the OP know the Misfits and MXPX are fake, other than the pics being photoshopped?

I understand that they're photoshopped, but I still don't understand how he's making money off of it. If it never ships, you file a claim, right? You're protected from that as a buyer, and I'm assuming ebay was smart enough to protect themselves from having to refund the buyer without being able to get money from the seller as well? Please, someone enlighten me haha

It's funny that this topic was brought up, because I was on my lunch break earlier and I checked my facebook/twitter/instagram, etc, and I realize that a very high majority of the people I know / follow just don't work or contribute to society in any way.  So at first I think; show me your ways, but then it really starts to bug me how people are just okay relying on others (significant others, family members, sugadaddies) for financial support while they just go ahead and spend 40 hours a week as crossfit or in today's case, on the beach.

 

I just don't get it.

 

You forgot one huge thing that people are completely content relying on for money, the government. While many people who actually need it, benefit from social welfare programs, there are a lot of people completely content with collecting a welfare check and living off of it. Hell, not only content, but proud, and they flaunt it. Sickens me, but it's not going to change, so it's whatever I guess.

I just snagged one. I checked again and it says out of stock. Here is to hoping it goes through. I checked the random color and PATD and neither were in stock either.

Now back to Save Rock and Roll. Is this album as hot on vinyl as it is on the CD. My CD makes the speakers sound like they are blown.

 

Yeah, I noticed it on the record and on my mp3 version, with The Phoenix especially. I thought I had a lower quality mp3 at first, but then realized it was 320. Not sure why it sounds like that though.

Wait, did you really just drop the age thing? haha You do realize that Chesire Cat, Blink's first album, came out in '94 right? Some simple math shows that was 19 years ago, which would have made him 23 years old. Yeah, their prime was later, but it's absolutely reasonable for this dude to have liked blink in his early 20's, why wouldn't he be allowed to listen to their music as it continued to come out?

Regardless, the age argument doesn't make sense, I listen to music that is twice as old as me, and I'm sure when I'm old I'll listen to new music coming out. That's the beauty in music, age doesn't matter.

I just called them, they said that they do not have it in stock and that they have to order it from the distributor. She said it would take 10 days to get it from the distributor if they have it in stock. So I'm guessing that means they're not going to be able to get it? haha

 

I went through the process of checking out (just to see if they would still do free shipping for 2 albums since it was to the US), and it has an asterisk next to Louder Now and states: "*Items marked with an asterisk are not refundable or exchangeable." Doesn't sound like they actually have it to me, and I'm not going to risk losing the money on it. Let me know if anyone else decides to try it!

When you click on other records, the info actually says in stock and usually ships in 48 hours. Louder Now says ordered and usually ships within 10 days, kinda sounds like a backorder to me? so maybe it isn't available? I'm going to shoot them an email and see if they can tell me what's up.

So it seems legit, not sure if they actually have it though. This may be a dumb question, but I honestly don't know, is there any chance that since it's a french store the jacket and inserts and everything are in french? I would think that since there was only 1 pressing that it would be in English, but figured I would ask. If not, I think I'm gonna try it, we'll see what happens haha
