How is it unrelated to his service? He said the that nick stole the code to create the service. That seems very related to me. And if the person who started this thread was dissuaded by that comment, then right there is a loss of revenue. Like forge said, charges aren't going to be pressed, but yes it was libel. To Dante, its a big deal because its not personal anymore, it is about a business. And yes it was an attack. If I posted that you were a bad trader and you ripped me off, what would you do? You'd say that is a lie, and others who have traded with you would come in and vouch for you. And thats just to protect you, so imagine if this is your business being discussed. There are people on both sides who need to be ignored. Main issue. Scott's claim was an outright lie with absolutely no evidence to prove otherwise. Apparently he is a respected member of this forum, and his words would have an impact. His only retort after being called out is that someone told him that it was true. That's pretty fucked up, and he deserves to get called out on it. I'd expect any member of any of these forums to not stand for outright lies against those trying to help out our community and make it a better place for us.

seriously, you could make so much money on those. to each their own, and im not getting down on you, but i just really dont see the point in THAT many variations of something rare. seriously, you could buy a decent used car just for selling some pieces of vinyl sitting on a shelf. just such a foreign concept to me. i have records that are worth a lot that i would want to keep, and i see that, but i guess i could never get the same enjoyment out of multiple copies of the same record, as i could out of something else i could buy for a couple grand. either way kudos to you on your converge collection, is it complete? I totally understand, and it does seem kinda crazy sometimes. But i guess i have just been really patient getting mine, and ive gotten some really good deals. I guess part of it is the fun of knowing there are more out there and hunting them down, stuff i never had seen like the unloved and weeded out lumberjack distro /15. Also I am a designer, and just a sucker for print in general. I could never do this with a lot of bands, I have my one that i have been collecting forever and just kept adding to it. I've got plenty of things worth more that i use/care about much less (guitars etc), and am at a point in my life where I am stable enough to not have to worry about burning through records for some quick cash. Thankfully they arent super crazy with variations (the worst being the coalesce split, no surprise there.) Ive got about 76 records right now stretched over 25 different releases. Im down to just a handful, but the only rare stuff left is unloved #666 (out of 13) and the brutal truth splits which never ever surface.

distance was pressed sorta as a rainbow, so it runs from all the colors mentioned with no real numbers behind any of the colors. my opposite, which should be a first press, has some green in it as well. definitely a tough record to photograph, this is a lighter, bright blue and for whoever wanted to see the green marble. i think its brighter in real life but its hard to take good pics at night
