With every single "collectable" there is a secondary market where "flippers" will try and take advantage of less knowledgeable people for profit. I used to play magic the gathering and there were people at competitive events called 'sharks' they were at every event trying to make money by advantageously trading all day to make small margins every trade that would add up over time. the same goes for flippers, sometimes they will make 50-100 dollars but really they make like 5-10 dollars and if someone really wants that 5-10 bucks so badly let them have it.

yeah college didn't really sound like my thing so I just put my head down and learned this business really well. I started at this new place about 6 months ago an have tripled their gross profit on tires and raised customer retention 12% aka i'm killing it and will see a nice bonus.

well I'm 22 if that helps, and I currently work at a ford car dealership. My job is pretty much logistics? like I organize special events/sales and manage what we keep in stock parts wise. and I am in charge of our tires which is a huge undertaking and money maker if handled correctly.

I'm trying my best not to spend a lot on records this week and next... driving to California to see basement and of course I don't get paid til the day after the trip

I snagged all three for 225 shipped. I really didn't know what to offer so we kinda ballparked what we thought they would go for. chuck was super nice and hooked me up.

Yeah I had messaged him last november about purchasing them because I missed them at fest and he never replied then last week I got a message asking if I were still interested, which I was. needless to say I was very stoked to grab the hotelier and a somos test for the collection!

Was lucky enough to get ahold of them before they listed them on ebay and snagged a test of each hotelier record couldnt be more happy

Band played great, could have done without the really drunk dude infront of me but over all a good time
