Many moons of lurking the internet. I've bought a few things from SRC so I saw the name pop up there obviously and VC started coming up nearly every time I'd be searching for a record as well. I ignored it for the longest time since I'm not much for forums but about a month or so ago I started regularly checking up on here for news and tonight I decided to go ahead and join!

I hope nobody bought this. I typed in http://www.musiconvinyl.com/releases/Brand_New/Poop_Loop and it brought up the same dummy page. Or wait...5th ALBUM CONFIRMED!! Though I am curious who will be handling the Deja repress. Judging by the label side of things, I'm guessing it won't be MOV. Which bums me out because aside from the packaging fiasco I thought they did a great job with this release.

I couldn't agree more! It baffles me. There's even a dedicated Cassette Store Day now. I talked about it with my dad one time and even he was confused. He told me that he only bought cassettes back in the day because they were cheap and you could play them in the car. Somebody please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong but I don't remember tapes sounding that great either.

Play in a band? Run a record label? Link us!: I used to play drums in a really terrible cover band with some friends. We did really terrible covers of songs by Brand New and Coheed...but it was a blast while it lasted. It'd be nice to run a label or a record shop someday. Random things you want us to know about you: I work nights in an office so I've got a decent amount of free time to post on here. Because of this I also get shitty sleep and my body has no concept of a circadian rhythm. I've been a vegetarian for a little over three months now after a life of dining on corpses. I don't mind people who eat meat at all but I've gotta say my body has never felt better. My My current retirement plan is to open my own record store.
