  1. I thought I read somewhere that this may be their last record? I could be wrong though.
  2. I just posted a new track from my split w/ Head of the Taurus (Germany). Check it out if you're into Kylesa, Floor, Torche, etc: http://www.myspace.com/dalethmusic "In the Devil's Snare" Check it out and let me know what you guys think!
  3. This is awesome news. Good Friends Records put out the Campfire 10". You can pick it up through No Idea!
  4. I started a thread over on VLV about this and a day later the dude emailed me telling me it would go out soon. I would have to agree that this album rulez.
  5. Thanks man. I would love to put something out on vinyl, but right now its just not feasible (unless someone else pays for it). Since I can't play live shows (with it being just me!), not many labels want to invest in something like that, including my own label. I tossed the idea around of putting together a lathe, but I'm not sure. We'll see. The Head of the Taurus split is coming out within a month or so!
  6. I just got a review back from Razorcake of the split w/ Blue Shift. Check it out: DALETH / BLUE SHIFT - "Split" CD-R On one hand, nice work on recycling the packaging of old dollar-bin records for this release, especially with the awesome green on grey silk-screened cover, though I was a bit disappointed to just find a CD-R inside. As far as the music itself goes, Daleth's got a riff-heavy thing going on, somewhat like dark stoner rock ala Sword or The Fucking Wrath, though with a bit more speed thrown in there and a recording that's pretty ragged than those bands. Still, not bad, especially considering it's one dude doing everything himself and he laid the drum tracks down first without having any idea what the rest of the music would sound like. Blueshift is one woman hammering it out on a violin-the resulting cacophony is loud and abrasive enough to peel skin. All told, there are some really interesting ideas at play here, sonically and visually, but it's a bit too cerebral for my tastes. (Keith Rosson - Razorcake #46) I'm pretty pleased that they didn't tear it apart. This isn't usually the type of music that they write about. You can still download my songs from this split on my blog: http://www.dalethmusic.blogspot.com
  7. that's what i did. that chipboard sounds rad That's what I picked too.
  8. Glad to hear that some of you are okay. Hopefully everyone else is too.
  9. I was so pissed about this. That Made Out of Babies "Coward" record owns too.
  10. This thing passed us by about 200 miles on Wednesday. The outer bands from this were worse than being hit by Tropical Storm Fay (which was a direct hit for us). I woke up at 2am to the sound of Hail, wind, and splashing water (which was just a constant flow of rain). Be careful dudes, hurricanes suck.
