Bumping to remind about The Wire: The Complete Series being on sale for $89 starting today at Best Buy and Amazon. Just ordered mine.

I definitely recommend it. As a matter of fact, I'm watching part 9 right now. Sound and picture is great.

Is the wire something you would like to watch more than once? Or is it the type of show that you watch once and that's enough?

Was thinking about starting a new show and never saw either of these. Which is better, and do either have "re-watchability?" Are either as addictive as say Lost? Other suggestions welcome.

That's exactly how I felt. Still really liked the movie though.

I saw it last night as well. The Wrestler does look fantastic. Can't wait for that one. Also, I think Revolutionary Road (DiCaprio and Winslet) looks like it could be pretty good.

I just ask because I'd like to leave the room and crank the volume without having to run back as soon as the album if finished. I wouldn't let it go for more than a few minutes though.

But I've never known the answer. Does it hurt to let a record keep spinning after it's done playing. I'm always paranoid and take the needle up when it's done.

Not my favorite by a long shot, but I finally tried Budweiser's American Ale tonight. I heard mostly bad things about it, but I honestly kind of liked it. May make it into my rotation when I'm in the mood for something other than my usual.

called back again, talked to someone else, they said it's too far away (June) for them to bump it up, even though I've been a member for about 10 years. They said they could do it if it was a month or two, but not this far away. shitty. Look at it this way. By then I'm guessing there will be a new version out, so you could possibly have your choice of a new version or a cheaper previous version.

Are you sure about that? I was reading up on it, and it still stated that the cash back would take 60 days before you could send it from your paypal account to your bank account. Maybe I'm mistaken though.

Can't you just go into iTunes and click on restore? Or does that not affect the firmware?
