im beginning to think more of what somebody said in this thread...i forgot who said it but Triple Crown find a box of 25-50ish records. They go up, gone in minutes. Lightbulb goes off in their head, lets repress this! throw a certain number up in the store and they order a repress. those who jumped in the first batch get a first press and are shipped. Everyone else gets a second press and is still under "pre-order".

I lost my power again but now im in class, yay!

I think power is back universally around Irvine and the sky is clearing in that area - I don't see a problem unless the winds shift again.

Menos El Oso and the City on Film split are both in stock at interpunk if you want to take a hit on shipping charges. They also pop up now and again in the VC store so I would keep an eye on that, or check out local record stores.

no, the first four color pressings that virgil did are the first pressings, you seem to be set there and brady - Menos El Oso = Minus the Bear...Menos Del Oso = Minus of the Bear

Menos El Oso was only pressed on black I believe and that is readily available most places. The original pressings of Highly Refined Pirates are on black and marble green and are both out of print, will probably have to trade or ebay for them. There is also a split with city on film that pops up on ebay for cheap and also once in a while in the VC store and other places.

my favorite was the starting line dressed up as Slipknot and were in character all night "This next songs about goat fucking" cue - "Bedroom Talk" the same show Motion City Soundtrack performed as "Michael Jackson and the Thrillers" so that was pretty legit too.

the thing that is making this worse than the cedar fires already is they sprung up so fast and are spreading at ridiculous speeds due to the wind in some areas...like someone said earlier, there are hurricane force winds pushing some of these fires
