The Clash - London Calling off eBay in early 2001, I think

From what I have been able to tell, there are at least three pressings of Plea 4 Peace. There is the original press on white vinyl with the booklet (mentioned in previous posts). This first press had printed labels on the vinyl. The second press, or at least I assume it is the second press, also has printed labels on the vinyl, but was pressed on black wax. The latest pressings, or bootlegs, are all on black vinyl with plain white labels. If anyone Knows of any other pressings or differences, please let me know.

That really is a nice GUK collection. I haven't got into the band, but by the looks of it, it would be fun to collect...just not fun for my wallet.

Agreed. I'm sure it will just be the regular solid white, much like the "alfalfa green" was just a clear green.

That sucks... I usually order straight from Frank at No Balls Records. He usually can hook me up with each color variation. The only downside is the shipping, since it costs an arm and a leg to ship stuff to the US from Germany.

I have ordered many records from Virgil and they have all arrived in excellent condition. I have 100% confidence that this box set will be no different. For just $3, Virgil ships records better than just about anyone else I have ever ordered from...especially some of those eBay sellers who charge close to $10 to ship 1 LP priority. WTF?!?!

Impact, you've probably got a lot of rarities collecting AM! vinyl. No Idea's pressings assure you of that! A couple rarities from my collection off the top of my head: Dwarves/Turbo ACs split Test Press #1/3 Rancid/Avail split 7" labels (Labels only for this...the record was never pressed/released, but the labels had been printed up. Most were destroyed, however an unk amount survived) Bad Religion S/T 12" Test Press /5 I've also got the metal plates used to press the records for a couple releases from Transparent Records.
