  1.

These ARE NOT variants to be worried about!  Everybody has a collector mentality and its dumb...

Some people are collectors, some people are fans, others are just occasional listeners and buyers. Not everyone is a collector, but as far as I know, this is a collector's forum (hence - Vinyl COLLECTIVE). You should go to a fan forum and talk to people who don't care about these things.

  2. There are apparently 3 differences between the 1st and the 2nd pressing of the black vinyl version. I got this info from Discogs, I only own the 1st press, so I couldn't check both.

    1. The 1st pressing is about 40g heavier.

    2. The 1st pressing has 2015, while the 2nd press has 2016 printed on the back cover

    3. The 1st pressing has the words "33311 Gütersloh" in Sony Music's address printed at the end of second line, while on the 2nd pressing they are printed at the beginning of third line on the back cover.

  3. Cross-post from the ty thread.

  4. Double white vinyl LP set of Nick Cave reading his book 'The Sick Bag Song' - an exploration of love, inspiration and memory. Previously only available in the limited edition book / LP set for £750 but luckily we have snagged the extra vinyl Cannongate had and bring it you at a much much cheaper price. 'The Sick Bag Song' began life scribbled on airline sick bags during Cave's 22-city journey around North America in 2014. It soon grew into a restless full length contemporary epic. Spurred by encounters with modern day North America, and racked by romantic longing and exhaustion, Cave teases out the significant moments, the people, the books and the music that have influenced and inspired him, and drops them into his sick bag.
