Yup- noticed as soon as I posted! I’ve not used the mobile site before and it’s a bit condensed haha

Hi- if you have any of the following for sale please do get in touch! Sprained Ankle- green, white, blue or clear chances are slim I’m sure but you never know! Early on this as they haven’t shipped out yet but I was travelling and sadly missed them selling out so Turn Out The Lights- pink splatter, blue splatter or clear orange Thanks everyone! Oops- on mobile and I’m not sure if I’ve put this in the wrong place- mods feel free to move if needed!

haha see the post above mine- it didn't seem worth posting the same twice. The info of the contest states that they'll be available 'in November' which lines up with the previous pre-order Edit: to be fair I suppose the image showing all black doesn't necessarily mean that'll be the case but since Riot! was already listed as black it seems safe to assume that'll be the case.

Anyone have any idea on numbers for the Grey variant? Both that and the green are available over here (UK) 1000 on the green but no info at all on the grey (Was hoping for a transparent smoke kinda colour but seems it's a solid opaque grey- still pretty cool with the sleeve design though ) -
Thanks folks. Looks like I have some exploring to do!! I wish there were a store I could go to in person that stocked all the options- it's so frustrating ordering online haha Thanks for the extra link Blaine, I actually saw that topic a while ago and stupidly didn't act on the info! I do find it kinda surprising that they haven't started putting picture discs in some other type of sleeve for release.

As an artsy fartsy person heres my 2 cents/pence on the topic (Note this is based on general papercraft/art not specific to records so consider what you feel would be best!): If you have ripples/creases in the old labels get a flat tip (like a chisel) type exacto/scalpel blade and slice off the raised parts so you get a smooth finish on the new labels. I'd avoid spray adhesive- to get a strong bond you often need to coat both surfaces and that just sounds like it might cause problems record wise. Elmer's rubber cement is a great one for paper as it doesn't cause it to wrinkle like other wet glues. For a permanent bond you want to coat both the old label on the record and the back of the new label. Bonus with the rubber cement is that any excess that squeezes out around the label will roll off when dry (Make yourself a little blob of the glue by painting some on a smooth surface, allowing it to dry a little and then rolling it up and use it to dab and stick up/collect any excess This is great when you invariably get some on the top surface by mistake!! haha ) It's also acid free so it wont deteriorate over time and the little jar/tub type containers come with a brush in the lid so they're good to grab and go without having to bother washing applicators and all that mess.

Thanks mayo That's reassuring to know haha Always torn with what seems like a good idea and what is actually a good idea for the record and preserving it complete and saleable should I ever want/need to sell anything in the future. I still feel I'm relatively new to collecting (certainly new to checking out forums and stuff to help along the way!) so I'm not sure what the best things to do are in the long run- having not had a 'long run' to find out haha I ordered some nagaoka inners that I was planning to use for the records themselves, I suppose in the meanwhile they might at least minimise the issues with the pic discs and die cuts- I just hate those damn pic disc sleeves!!!!! haha Sadly those particular ones aren't available to ship to London but hopefully I can track down something similar Do they stay as clear as they look there over time? I had some thinner poly sleeves that I'm switching out of that were just horribly cloudy and made everything look a bit dingy haha Clarity is part of why I went with mylar (Aside from generally being a safe material for storage) and I had been hoping to track down some 4mil but had to settle for 2mil haha

Hey all! I've just switched everything into mylar protective sleeves and I'm now trying to work out what to do with some picture discs. The sleeves they're in seem to be leaving what look like water marks on the records - brushing over them with a finger on a blank side doesn't seem to shift the marks (Anyone had any luck with any magical record cleaning solutions?) Noting that, I'm not keen on the idea of leaving them in the sleeves they're in currently- any suggestions for alternatives? (The mylar ones I already have are a little thin to be the primary sleeve really.) Also in terms of keeping things intact is it worth keeping the original sleeves (Many have splits where the records inside have broken through the edge anyway) or would you just go for an 'upgrade' and transfer stickers etc over as necessary? As they're pretty generic sleeves aside from stickers I'm inclined to just transfer over but it feels so wrong to be chucking part of the original 'setup' haha
