"The Road" by Cormac McCarthy is THE best book I've ever read. You may know him from "No Country For Old Men". "This book floored me and I'm trying to get everyone to read it before the movie comes out. Don't even look to see what actors are in it before you read it. It's a story of a man and his son and their love. They are traveling to an unknown destination in a time where the world is ending. I can't say much more. Get it!!
