Finally got around to ordering this. Man, the two track so far are so good. I'm really looking forward to listening to the album in its entirety.

I just got mine in, I was NOT expecting that dust jacket... That is sooooo nice. Everything about the packaging is amazing.

And I'm over here waiting for my shipping confirmation...

I was fortunate to see these guys live, twice in one weekend, such an incredible experience, I'll be purchasing this one for sure.

Agreed. I pre-ordered this as soon as it went up, and I was expecting a 180 gram vinyl and good packaging as is customary for Conor's records, oh well. The music itself however (That's what it's about right??) is incredible, and it's still growing on me, so I'm overall very pleased.

Interesting, this might be what I need to finally get into Wovenhand, I've listened before, but something about it never captured me.

Suprised nobody has mentioned (unless I missed it) that the Appendix CD and Vinyl has a 9th (hidden) instrumental track.

According to the band manager on Reddit,

"There is a very specific reason why its on there. The track has an internal name but you can just call it Guitar Instrumental."

Someone on Reddit made an interesting observation,

"I love it. It's very reminiscent of a previous album track. Since Aaron writes the lyrics, we hear him dealing with the death of his father throughout the album whereas Mike doesn't have the same platform. I see this as Mike's way of working through similar emotions musically."

As much as we want this, we need to understand it's mostly of their hands. Every pre-order I have right now has been delayed by at least a month. It's just the way vinyl pressing goes.

Can you take a picture of just the record?   It mostly just looks black to me.  maybe just a dark marble.  

I've got the same pressing from burnt toast, Its a dark grey/purple and black split on both sides, very subtle color difference. I believe its from the latest (8th?) pressing.

The ebay listing claims the tape is an unreleased Headhunters Banquet 2. The discogs listing says the first one released 1989 (same year as the supposed sequel)

Buy you are right, everything I've read says Tooth and Nail was founded in '93.

Anyone else pre-order the Dropsy album? I've only heard "Kierkegaard's Umbrella" from it, but that was enough for me to buy it.

Oh god, I wouldn't be surprised in the least if they tried to pull that off.

Dying to see the rainbow so I can know if I need to pick up a blue splatter instead. Also if the standard packaging is A+ I'm stoked to see the deluxe.

I'm pretty sure the rainbow is out of stock now, it's just the audiophile black that's left.

I had said the same thing recently in a thread on buy,sell,trade and someone on the board corrected me and said that apprantly it's going to happen but they're waiting for the new album presses to come out before they announce it? Makes sense not to drop both so close to each other, most people would be more likely to purchased if they were spaced out. Although I never actually saw this from the band so I can't say it's 100%

Yea, there's a user on the MewithoutYou subreddit that is involved with the band, I'm not sure how, but I believe that information came from him. Judging from his other comments, I'd say it's accurate.
