Finally got around to ordering this. Man, the two track so far are so good. I'm really looking forward to listening to the album in its entirety.

I just got mine in, I was NOT expecting that dust jacket... That is sooooo nice. Everything about the packaging is amazing.

Agreed. I pre-ordered this as soon as it went up, and I was expecting a 180 gram vinyl and good packaging as is customary for Conor's records, oh well. The music itself however (That's what it's about right??) is incredible, and it's still growing on me, so I'm overall very pleased.

Interesting, this might be what I need to finally get into Wovenhand, I've listened before, but something about it never captured me.

According to the band manager on Reddit, "There is a very specific reason why its on there. The track has an internal name but you can just call it Guitar Instrumental." Someone on Reddit made an interesting observation, "I love it. It's very reminiscent of a previous album track. Since Aaron writes the lyrics, we hear him dealing with the death of his father throughout the album whereas Mike doesn't have the same platform. I see this as Mike's way of working through similar emotions musically."

As much as we want this, we need to understand it's mostly of their hands. Every pre-order I have right now has been delayed by at least a month. It's just the way vinyl pressing goes.

I've got the same pressing from burnt toast, Its a dark grey/purple and black split on both sides, very subtle color difference. I believe its from the latest (8th?) pressing.

The discogs listing says the first one released 1989 (same year as the supposed sequel) Buy you are right, everything I've read says Tooth and Nail was founded in '93.

Yea, there's a user on the MewithoutYou subreddit that is involved with the band, I'm not sure how, but I believe that information came from him. Judging from his other comments, I'd say it's accurate.
