So besides everyone getting at each other’s throats on this, I just finished giving this album a full listen to on wax for the first time. 

First of the real hero of this album is Chris Dudley. Holy shit was his programming on point for the entire record!!! I have to say that the production quality is really fantastic. I’ve been listening to the leak all week and in no way did it do this record justice when compared to my stereo! I know I’m a little biased because they’re my favorite band and all, but after sitting down and giving it a solid listen this record is really good.

I already spoke with their customer service last week. Thy said that it’s a order status error because they added the Milky White variant to their store. Myself and three other guys reached out last week to confirm that they’re still black. 

Here’s the thing, is this the album I wanted? I don’t know. Did I expect something heavy after all this time? Hell no. I enjoy the album for what it is, and their still my favorite band. I’m happy their back in whatever form that is. 

I can can tell you one thing, I am tired of all the bitching. I’m the kind of guy that listens to music from every genre and style. I don’t walk in with crazy expectations only to be let down. Which is pretty much everyone that I see on these forums.

I buy them to get a better rip than the digital download they include with the album. Can’t tell you if it’s actually any better, but I still like physicially being able to import my CD and use it on anything.
