they're probably lying but who knows. I thought ebay just went through paypal but I guess things have changed.

Ebay uses paypal, and with paypal the buyer always wins. 

You can have them return everything for a full refund if you don't want to do a partial.

Chance will be performing new material this Thursday night on Jimmy Fallon. 

The album drop is expected by the end of the month. This will be a big one, after recently having a kid Chance has been as positive as ever. 

The hype/rollout has begun with posters being sold at his site, being put up all over the place.

Here's his most recent single, "Angels" to get an idea of his current vibe.
