I remember the band claiming to have no prior knowledge of the original SRC press. I wonder what the deal is with the rights to this record. This release was also handled really strangely. I'm listening to my bone/clear right now and it sounds fine. I haven't listened to my OG press in years due to the gaps between tracks and am very happy this one is gapless.

But you are right, there is no label or copyright info anywhere. Not on the packaging, insert, or the record itself. Just a "Made In Canada" on the clear sleeve.

Do the tracks have gaps in between them? That’s the biggest issue I have with my SRC copy that I’ve been praying was corrected for this release

I like Young Legs and even got the deluxe hand painted jacket version 10 years ago, but I do think it's the weakest solo record by a lot. Pixie queen came back stronger than YL, then WYSBIL and Boom Done were exceptional.

Also, I’m not sure why they haven’t started shipping preorders by now. I paid less for my copy at the show than I did online and could try to cancel my order if I didn’t want to have both variants.

I have never seen any of the 3 Jap House releases for sale in any recordshop online or elsewhere.

 

Seems like the ep's are only for sale from the label (dirtyhit) or at the live shows.

Besides hearing that Urban Outfitters had some spare copies of the 1st pressing of Pools to Bathe In a very long time ago I've never seen them sold anywhere else. I think many people are unaware of the fact that they're almost always in stock on the Dirty Hit webstore, because people pay way too much for them on Discogs 

I don't think I've ever paid $15 for a 7" before that wasn't on the secondary market. It's certainly better than ~$100 though.

I got my copy of Panic's AFYCSO today and each corner is considerably dinged up. One even has a bit of a crease. Has this happened to anyone else and how does Hot Topic usually handle it? I feel like if I try to send it back it'll be sold out before it even gets there for me to get a replacement. Also the last time I got a replacement from someone it came in even worse condition than the first.

I tried and they said that since I didn't purchase it through their store they can't do anything about it and that I need to contact my point of purchase. I already know I grabbed the last copy from my small store in Newark, Delaware (and paid a jacked up $35 too) :|

Mine was $29.99. The store I go to jacked up pretty much all the prices so I'm surprised it was only $29.99

This may be the case for many of their exclusives, but the P!ATD exclusives seem to be strictly limited to a certain amount and won't be repressed like the many of their other big sellers. I don't know for a fact that they won't press more,, but all of the other Panic exclusives sold out fairly quickly and don't seem to be going back up
