  1. Ordered. Really looking forward to it. As I'm in the UK I'm definitely hoping the free shipping wasn't a glitch! Last Chance are damn speedy even when shipping to the UK so are all good in my books. They replaced a Kevin Kerby + Battery LP for me real quick when the original one I ordered somehow got redirected to India and when it finally arrived in the UK it was warped to hell. The replacement was packed extra well and arrived in about 5 days. Really good service. Can't wait for the record to drop or the UK tour shortly after! Life is good!
  2. I mean when I say I like them, I mean I paid standard money for there releases. Ball bags...meant their releases. Oops.
  3. CRIPES. thank goodness i don't like nofx haha Holy fuck. I do still dig that band but shit the bed those are stupid amounts of money. I mean when I say I like them, I mean I paid standard money for there releases. Whoever bought that needs their head read. Thats just some fucked up chicken.
  4. Don't get your hopes up, this is the internet. I suppose there is no point pleading 'new year, new start'? No? Bugger. It was worth a try. In the meantime...who wants to bump the In the Red 1.5 thread...
  5. Does this mean people will actually start talking about vinyl most of the time again now? That'd be, y'know, nice or whatever.
  6. Well this just made the start to 2011 a little better - thanks!
  7. Its a great album. You can download for free from their site http://www.glossary.us/downloads/ and then be all nice and buy it after.
  8. Yep, but as I'm in the UK I'm used to about a week or two wait after postage. Not panicing...yet! EDIT: got it today, looks and plays awesome.
  9. I've paid with these guys before when buying tickets http://www.rbsworldpay.com/ I've not used it as a seller though.
  10. Awesome! Was a tad pissed off that I missed this last night (I presume it was posted whilst I was asleep in Blighty) but jumped all over this now! Cheers.
  11. Just got this email: 'Hi there - Firstly, thank you so much for purchasing 'Buddies', secondly it is only right to let you know that we have had a couple of small issues in relation to the format in which the record was delivered to us at Xtra Mile Recordings and then from us on to the Manufacturing plant. The upshot of this is that we have had to put the release back for the 10" GREEN vinyl album. We at XM HQ hate having to do this and we appreciate the knock on effect of this is that you the patient purchaser now has to wait even longer before you get your hands on it. We hope to be mailing the records out in the next 2-3 weeks. You will still be the first to receive this release anywhere in the world. So on behalf of everyone here, I would just like to apologise profusely and hope it doesn't deter you from stopping by again. Our reputation for delivery has been and continues to be in the main, I think, pretty good to date. Thanks again for your patience, Charlie Caplowe, Xtra Mile Recordings.' Looks like a while longer yet...
  12. Got the EP today. Record is packaged really beautifully, very simple but it fits with the sound on the 7''. Quite different from Austin's other records, but I'm liking.
  13. I had some issues too, in the end I just emailed Jan at [email protected] to see if he recieved the order. He hadn't but was happy to take the order via email. A very helpful and communicative guy. Hope that helps.
  14. Ordered both. The Czech release looks stunning (although google translate came up with a load of gibberish for me!) http://www.dogloversrecords.net/?p=83
  15. Whilst I'm not a huge fan of the listed bands I kinda look at this as an excuse to discover new acts - UTI has been an awesome way to discover new acts, so thank you for that Virgil. Also good to know the In The Red series is on the way. I've dug the MP3 but can't wait to hear parts 3&4 on wax. So, cheers Virgil for continuing the series. I really look forward to the upcoming releases, especially if the Gaslight/Steel split comes up as well as the rumoured Loved Ones UTI and Chuck/Tim split that was hinted at waaaaaaay back. That shit could be gospel. That said, even though it's not UTI material per se, someone needs to get Tim Barry and Gaslight to record their version of 'The War'...that was too good to be true. Plus, please let'ss get Tim to the UK. Its awesome Gaslight have Chuck as support this autumn but Tim Barry on UK shores would be phenomenal... Cheers
  16. These are up at Hometown now. 10 euro for the drag LP and 5euro for the Austin/Cory split.
  17. Anyone know details on the tracks for the Austin/Cory split and the Drag 'Demons' LP? Very excited about both and also seeing them in the UK. Sometimes shit just falls into place.
  18. Ordered. Cannot wait for this. Been too long since these guys released anything new.
  19. AllinVinyl and banquetrecords.com will both have copies. Great news, thanks Virgil.
  20. Anyone know any good uk distros to pick this up from? Until that interpunk shipping gets reduced I'd rather try more local to home...
  21. Snap. Anyone know the listing order for bonus tracks? love the record though.
