  1. Hope Con is ordered. What's the pressing info on the Reign Supreme LP?
  2. Just curios if someone has an extra one to trade. I have a copy of the Walking Disease record release version if someone is down. Thanks-T
  3. Jake said they were going to put up the pre-order as soon as the Narrows/Victims pre-orders were all shipped out. I know those started shipping on friday, so probably fairly soon. Hold tight.
  4. My friend, you are a fucking retard. Any of the guys stated in the bands above probably also think you're a fucking retard for having that opinion. 2000 hardcore was THE BEST?? You didn't even mention some of the better bands of that era, like DS-13, Tragedy, Talk is Poison, and my favorite American Nightmare. I mean there have been some good bands playing hardcore in the 2000's but to say it's "the best era of hardcore." Like I can't even wrap my head around how stupid, uneducated, and moronic that sounds. I will say that the early 2000's is probably the last time I've seen bands bring anything really original to the table, as most of the stuff now is just a rehash of the past, but whatever. If it rips, it rips. 90's hardcore was great as well. I also probably like 90's hardcore the least, but dude 80's hardcore WILL ALWAYS RULE ANYTHING ELSE. Negative Approach, The Fix, Jerrys Kids, SSD, YOT, Minor Threat. Fuck dude, get educated. So pick up anything on Xclaim, the first 15 or so Dischord releases, the first 15 or so Touch and Go releases, the first couple of DRI records....... Bridge 9 and Deathwish, yeah, great lables and they have there place in hardcore but Dischord did it first and they did it best. And if I offended anyone......sorry, but some things just have to be said.
  5. I meant the coliseum 7". Sorry, I wasn't very specific as to what record I was talking about. Didn't mean to confuse anyone.
  6. There's almost always a limited color. I got mine today and it was on orange. Not sure how early I ordered but it was for sure within the first day.....maybe a few hours after they went up. Usually the limited color is out of 300, but that's not always the case as with the Trap Them LP and the last 108 record were under 200 copies for the most limited color.
  7. What he's saying is that through transit from PP to the label and the label to him, the record moves around in sleeve and scratches the vinyl. That's before he's even taken the record out to play it. I personally think PP is THE worst place to get records pressed. They scratch easy, they look cheap, and are commonly known to rip jacket sleeves while shipping.
  8. ordered both as well. I think the best things DMR has put out lately is the GG King 7", Baby Shakes LP, and the Gentleman Jess LP. Anyone have that last one on color?
  9. Fuck working all day. Just ordered both records. Hey Jake, how long do you think the turn around time will be on these records?
  10. I need help on this, BIG help. Someone is trying to sell me a copy of the Cows and Beers 7" on apparently the version sound lable, except the matrix reads 212057A on the A side and 212057B on the b-side. It also has this number on the back of the cover. According to popsike and Flex an original matrix will read : dub 002 I know it's been bootlegged but Flex only traced bootleg is from 2001 and I KNOW this record is older than that. This record looks like it could be from 82 or so. The vinyl has that old look to it, plus it has wear that one would expect from an older record. Also the cover has some discoloration on it and the guy I would be buying it from has had it for a while as it came out of storage. Also found in the same storage area were original copies of a Black Randy 7" and an Impatient Youth 7", both of those records being circa late 70's/early 80's records....just like an original Die Kreuzen cows and beers 7". Any help at all would be appreciated. I've googled matrix, looked on flex, go around to various record stores and I'm still left with nothing. Thanks.
  11. Sweet, thanks for the info. I didn't think it was valued that much. Regardless of price that YW LP and Grudge 7" are what made the trip worth it.
  12. Just picked up a copy of the NOFX "HOFX" 12" from a local record store for 5 bucks. I'm not a huge collector of NOFX stuff, actually I was more stoked to find original copies of the Young Wasteners LP and the Grudge 7". Anyways my copy is on purple splatter vinyl. Not gonna sell it but just curious if anyone has any info on it and what kind of, if any, "collector scum" prices it brings. Thanks
  13. I got my B9 easter egg hunt stuff in the mail today (fucking FAST shipping, seeing as I live in Oregon) Sacred Shock LP on green the new ON 7" on white. Pretty fucking stoked.
  14. Ordered both. Great label. Anyone else digging that new Mongoloids 12"?
  15. "After a colossal amount of love and devotion, THREE NEW YA RELEASES ARE OUT NOW: · ANCESTORS II 7" Rusting, untaught, and crumbling. Follow up to the now SOLD OUT debut 12". Five tracks of brooding disorder. Comes with stunning full color inserts and die cut printed inner sleeve, pressed on white wax, tightly enclosed in sealed stickered bags. Lim 300 We are offering combined shipping on new items. Best, YA" Get on that shit, super limited.
  16. In my opinion the best stuff B9 has put out along with the Carry on LP.
  17. Just in case you missed something: http://www.b9store.com/product/299# I'd rather have that than the Shark Attack 7" I bought but at least I got the AN 7" with red labels out of 150.
  18. Way to rep Portland. Green Noise and Discourage are tops. 2nd avenue is cool, but only cause I work there (kidding, though I do really work there). I still firmly stand behind my feelings that Portland is the best city for record shopping, hands down. Next time you're in town make sure to hit up Exhiled records on Hawthorne. TONS of great stuff. Most weird, art punk/rock, phsyche shit but it's all ohh soo good.
  19. Pulling Teeth cd and Witches Sabbath V 7"
  20. How'd that happen? I had to work, but a friend from seattle came down with a friend, bought a copy for me and said they'd only sell 1 to a person. I dunno, maybe she gave cash to other people to go grab her the extra copies. I mean I GUESS I could see maybe grabbing two (one on each color) but she had four or five. I KNOW other people at that show wanted copies and didn't get them so I thought it was bogus, but whatever. Shit happens.
  21. Just a heads up to, there are 250 copies each on blue and green vinyl and these fuckers sold out fast at the Portland show and hardly ANYONE buys records at shows in Portland. So I assume these will move fast at other shows. Managed to get a copy on blue. Though I did see some gal managed to get around like 5 copies or something........greedy bitch.
  22. No offense but they probably pressed 5,000 copies of each the LP and the 7" boxset. Neither are rare dude, the release came out like a year ago. Give it some time For things to be rare they have to be pressed in small quantities and/or older. I swear, some of the questions asked on this board are total head shakers.
  23. Not to brag, but good luck topping this: Uniform Choice-Screaming for a change on red vinyl Gorilla Biscuits-Start today on purple vinyl Gang Green-Sold out 7" on clear vinyl (show only edition out of 100) Good Riddance-Bound by ties on white Citizens Arrest 8" flexi Scored huge this year.
